Active vs Expired Plans

We’ll not refund any previous or used plans, even if the user was unaware of certain features or did not completely use the service.

How to Request a Refund?

Please note that the payment of the refund is transferred to the same payment method from which it was received. The bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. We typically review refund requests within 2-3 working days and inform you about the result.

Payment Gateway & Queries Charges

Under special circumstances, when a refund is issued, the processing fee and the price of used queries will be deducted. A refund will be issued for the remaining amount.
